Back to Balance exists to offer a more complete, human-centered, and holistic approach to wellness. Since our founding in 2021 by Angela Ridgley, MSW, LISW-S, a board-certified therapist, we’ve been providing a nonjudgmental and inclusive space for you to show up as your authentic self and experience long-term transformational healing.
